^^^ your right brule, im just pointing out things i see in [B]THIS[/B] blog, if i was really interested in purchasing a shop, i would email them and get the info, but since i don't have the money, or the patience to start my own store, ill just stick to commenting on what i feel and ride my bike. however, if they are trying to find actual buyers on this site, they should include a little more information so people know what they are getting into even before they take the time to send a email.
